Policies and Procedures
We look forward to welcoming you at Mind Body Movement.
Here is some important information to help you prepare for your session.
Location
We are located at 710 S Pearl Street Denver CO, 80219 in the brick building with the sign that says Carlisle. The entrance to the building is to the left of Neves Skin Studio (712 S Pearl). You should see a set of stairs upon entering which you will go up and take a right. Our door is at the end of the hall to the right. There is street parking which is readily available but please plan a few extra minutes in your commute.
Booking Appointments
The most optimal way to book an appointment is through our website as our therapists are also the ones answering phones and they don’t have much time between sessions to respond to emails/phone calls. If you do use these other methods to book you should expect a response by end of day. We do require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment but you will not be charged until the time of service.
Medical Conditions and Expectations
It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of any medical conditions or medications being taken. We do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions and we may refer clients to a medical doctor for treatment and diagnosis.
At this time we do not have the accommodations to offer prenatal massage so if a client shows up and is pregnant we have the right to cancel the appointment.
Our massage therapists are happy to adjust pressure, musical volume, temperature, working longer on areas if you request it. Please let your therapist know of pressure that is too deep or discomfort in your body due to the work being performed.
